World Space Party

From the Yuri's Night website:
Yuri’s Night is a global celebration of human spaceflight. On April 12, 1961, cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin made his historic flight around the Earth and became the first human in space; he was an instant hero who pioneered the dream of spaceflight for all people. Exactly 20 years later on April 12, 1981, the first U.S. Space Shuttle was launched.

And now we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of that!
Celebrate at the Flying Saucer in downtown Houston with other space aficionados. Click here for more info.

I'm bummed that I will miss this, but everyone else should go. :)
